Winter at Wall Crags: an afternoon field adventure

This is definitely a great way to spend a winter Saturday afternoon! After a warming brew, we'll head out to explore the landscape and Iron Age settlement on Wall Crags before returning to Wall Village Hall for tea and cake, chat, and a chance to share what we’ve found.

There will be walking, noticing, and playful field quests. Not to mention land stories, foraging ideas, and time for wandering.

What to expect:

It’s not a standard guided walk! It’s a gentle, playful exploration of the winter landscape and the ways that life - human and more-than-human - finds shelter, refuge, and joy in the colder months.
