About the event
There is nothing quite as uplifting as doing as our ancestors have done for millennia: getting together in a circle to make fragrant remedies to nurture ourselves. You'll make at least three things to take home (an oil, a balm and a tea) to support you through the five blocks of Nature's Way through Stress and Overwhelm and beyond.
Together, we will connect with gifts of the natural world as we create supportive self-care for various points in the stress cycle. We'll also take the opportunity to pause, reflect and explore ideas together in a welcoming natural setting - weather permitting, around the fire pit in the garden's Sitooterie roundhouse. We’ll consider what supports recovery, share learning and experience, and look at practical ways of recognising and responding to stress before it becomes overwhelming.
NB: this workshop is part of a five-block programme which is booking now. If you'd like…
