About the event
History, stories, nature and foraging! From the famous Hadrian’s Wall Path, explore a slower, deeper experience of this extraordinary landscape on these seasonally-themed walks. Led by Dr Juno, a local permaculturist, nature coach and forager living within the Wall's influence, the walks blend seasonal plant knowledge, Roman landscape and folklore stories, and gentle nature-connection practices.
You’ll learn to identify a selection of edible and medicinal plants, discover how the Wall’s history shaped the ecology around it, and leave with simple ways to reconnect with nature in your everyday life.
