Between seasons: a nature-centred workshop for women at a difficult crossroads

Between Seasons is a nature-led day for women at a difficult threshold, perhaps weighed down by a tough decision or choice, or faced with stage in life they don't feel ready for. Through a series of carefully designed activities in and around Dilston Physic Garden, you'll use the intelligence of the natural world to gain new perspectives, reconnect with what matters most to you, and begin to map out what comes next.

The day draws on nature-based wisdom traditions from around the world to explore questions of transition, season, and direction. You'll spend time outside in quiet observation, work with metaphor and symbol, explore the turning point you're at and what it's asking of you - and leave with both clarity and a sense of where to put your first foot.
