Between seasons: a nature-centred workshop for women at a difficult crossroads

New Terrain is a nature-led day for women at a threshold, with a difficult decision to make. Through a series of carefully designed activities in and around Dilston Physic Garden, you'll use the intelligence of the natural world to gain new perspectives, reconnect with what matters most to you, and begin to map out what comes next.

The day draws on nature-based wisdom traditions from around the world to explore questions of transition, season, and direction. You'll spend time outside in quiet observation, work with metaphor and symbol, explore what kind of turning point you're at and what it's asking of you - and leave with both clarity and a sense of where to put your first foot.

It’s not a therapy day or a workshop in the conventional sense, but a held space in nature at a time when you need one.
